Period Apartment

This striking Victorian building features an unusual octagonal turret with views over the gardens below. Having been the subject of extensive improvement and modernisation, the design brief was to create a neutral, calm environment for the busy clients, with a limited palette to enhance the period features. The sunny environment and large windows allowed for plenty of light to all rooms, with double layering of full length voile curtains for screening, and hand stitched interlined curtains providing an elegant finish. A set of matching Roman blinds in the turret all match beautifully and in keeping with the colour theme, Roman blinds in the kitchen are framed by the crisp white architrave.

Barbara made our curtains beautifully - the quality of her work is absolutely outstanding. Barbara is also brilliant at providing advice and inspiration- we could not be happier with the result!
